in connection with the entry into force on May 25, 2018 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing the directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR), we hereby inform you that we may  process your data as a personal data controller if there is an appropriate legal basis for this.

§ 3. PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF GUESTS

The purpose for which the Administrator processes personal data is the conclusion and implementation of a contract for the provision of services.

  1. Pursuing any claims by the Administrator in connection with the damage suffered by the Administrator caused by the Guest or defense against the Guest's claims in relation to  Administrator.

  2. The personal data of the Guests are processed on the basis of the contract for the provision of services concluded between the Guest and the Administrator or the reservation made. In addition, the personal data of guests may be processed by video surveillance used in the Pastel Houses. The purpose of video monitoring is to protect guests and other people staying on the premises.

  3. Please be advised that providing personal data is a contractual and statutory requirement (when documenting sales made to guests with a VAT invoice). Failure to provide personal data makes it impossible to conclude a contract with the Administrator, as well as making it impossible to issue a VAT invoice.

  4. Personal data will be stored for the entire period of service provision, as well as will be kept for the period of limitation of any claims, including tax, accounting and civil claims. On the other hand, personal data processed by video surveillance will be stored for a period of 30 days, unless due to a special circumstance (e.g. an accident) it will be necessary to store the surveillance recording for a longer period.

  5. In the case of booking an accommodation via the booking website, the categories of the Guest's personal data provided to the Administrator by these entities may include, in particular, name and surname, date of stay, e-mail address, telephone number.   6. If the Guest has consented to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes, the Administrator processes personal data for this purpose, i.e. in order to send marketing information and offers about its products and services to the Guest. At the same time, it processes the personal data of guests collected by monitoring in order to ensure the safety of guests.

§ 4. LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. The legal basis for the processing of Guests personal data obtained by the Administrator is the contract for the provision of services.

  2. The legal basis for the processing of the Guests personal data used for marketing purposes is the Guests consent. The administrator informs that the consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the validity of the processing that took place before the withdrawal of consent.

 

  1. The legal basis for the processing of Guests personal data by monitoring is the protection of his vital interests and protection of the vital interests of other natural persons, as well as the justified purpose of the Administrator.

§ 5. ENTITIES TO WHICH PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED

§ 6. PERIOD OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data:

  1. Obtained in connection with the concluded contract for the provision of services will be processed for the period of limitation of tax claims or civil law claims of the Administrator or the Guest, depending on which of these events occurs later.

  2. Obtained on the basis of consent for marketing purposes will be processed for the period of validity of the consent for marketing purposes.

  3. Obtained in connection with monitoring will be processed for 30 days from the date of fixation, and then will be permanently deleted.

§ 7. RIGHTS OF THE GUEST IN RELATION TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Each guest has the right to access personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing. In addition, each guest has the right to object to the processing. § 8. POSSIBILITY TO LODGE A COMPLAINT IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

§ 9. REQUIREMENT TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA
Providing personal data in the field of name and surname, address, ID card number, email address, in the case of online reservations, telephone number, age of the child, in the case of a stay with a child and vehicle registration number, in the case of parking in the Pastelowe Domki is required. conclusion of a service contract.
