  1. In the absence of the above-mentioned payment within the indicated period, the reservation will be canceled.

  2. The remaining amount of 70% of the value of the   service should be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.

  4. The website allows the Guest to make the payment   through cooperation with the PayU website - in the case of booking a stay in Darłówko and   of Tpay gate in the case of booking a stay in the Wicie location.

  5. In the case of making a reservation in less than 30 days from the date of arrival, 100% of the reservation value must be paid

  6. The offer is non-refundable. In case of cancellation of the rental service (paid in full), the reservation is canceled and issued to for re-sale. If the date is sold again, the advance payment of 70% of the payment will be refunded on time 14 days

  7. The amount of 30% is not refundable. In the event of no re-sale, the down payment is non-refundable

  8. By making a reservation, you have read and accepted the regulations.

  9. Due to the epidemiological situation of Covid 19, in the event of a rental ban, the amounts paid will be refunded
    in the form of a Voucher to be used in the next season.

  10. If you wish to receive a VAT invoice for the Services  Guest is required to provide the NIP number and the buy details at the time of booking. Failure to provide the NIP number when submitting the reservation results in the inability to issue a VAT invoice.





  1. The hotel day starts at 16:00 on the day of arrival and ends by 10:00 on the day of departure.

  2. During the check-in, the cash  returnable deposit will be collected in the amount of PLN 300 against possible damages incurred during the stay, and the climate tax according to the rate of the Darłowo City and Commune Office.

  3. The deposit will be settled within 7 days from the end of the stay (in particular after finding no damage to the House occupied by the Guest) in the form of a transfer to the recipient  bank account.

  4. Check-in after At 20:00 there is an obligation to pay an additional fee of PLN 100.




  1. Comments regarding any damage or other inconvenience should be reported immediately after finding them. Complaints filed after the end of the benefit may not be considered.

  2. The guest bears full financial responsibility for damage and destruction of houses, furnishings, technical devices or facility infrastructure resulting from improper use.

  3. Parents or their guardians are responsible for damages caused by children.

  4. Parents are fully responsible for the safety of their children and are required   to care for them, in particular when using the swimming pool,   to be in the playground and in the playroom.

  5. There is a total ban on smoking and frying fish inside the cottage. Failure to comply with the ban on smoking and frying fish is associated with the Lessor's burden with the cost of ozonation (removal of unpleasant odors) in the amount of PLN 300. The property is non-smoking.

  6. Grilling is possible only on the lawn or on the sand in front of the cottage. It is forbidden to barbecue on the terrace, sidewalks and wooden surfaces.

  7. It is forbidden to use heaters, heaters and other electrical devices that are not the equipment of the house in the houses.

  8. We do not accept animals.

  9. In the event of losing the key  from the house or the remote from the entrance gate, the guest will be obliged to pay  payment in the amount of PLN 50 - key, PLN 100 - remote control.

  10. Only registered persons may stay in the resort.

  11. The curfew is valid from 22:00 - 7:00

  12. The behavior of people using the facility services should not disturb the stay of other guests.

  13. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to people who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who behave in an aggressive and vulgar manner.

  14. On the day of departure, the Lessee is obliged to leave the house clean , including to  washing dishes and removing any waste. In the event of significant violations, the Lessee will be charged the amount of PLN 150 for additional cleaning. The amount will be deducted from the deposit.

  15. Please make absolutely sure to adhere to the stated check-out time. A delay caused by the Lessee will result in charging a fee equal to the amount due for the next day of rental.




  1. There is a segregation of rubbish on the premises of the facility, so please dispose of waste in appropriately adapted containers.

  2. It is possible to rent a bathtub and a chair for a child (subject to availability)

  3. You can change bed linen (PLN 20) and towels (PLN 15 / set)

  4. There is one parking space for each house in the unguarded car park on the premises. Additional parking space PLN 20 / day

  5. We are not responsible for valuables left in the houses or in the resort, and for cars left behind. The car park located in the resort is an unguarded car park.

  6. The owner of the center is not responsible for temporary inconveniences experienced by independent suppliers, caused, for example, by temporary lack of water, electricity, internet access.

  7. Persons who violate the rules of these regulations will be required to release the facility without reimbursement.

  9. The Guest has the right to submit a complaint related to   the performance of the Services by the Service Provider contrary to the terms and conditions set out in the Regulations.

  10. The complaint will be considered within 30 days from the date of its delivery.
